Terms and Pre-Conditions for the Use of Information on this Website and in any other forms of Communication Media (Updated on November 1, 2001)

1. Use of information propagated by BIBLEMESSAGE SOCIETY (which includes without limitation all books, journals, periodicals, articles, pamphlets and publications written or authored by and all sermon, preaching, Biblical sharing and teaching recordings delivered by any of the preachers under its propagation) ("the Information"), whether on this website or in any other forms of communication media (including but not limited to any form of images, files, archives, text, html, compact disks, optical disks and audio disks) is at the user's risk. BIBLEMESSAGE SOCIETY does not warrant the accuracy or the completeness of any of the Information propagated by it and accepts no liability whatsoever for any error or misuse wherever it occurs or whatever the circumstances are.

2. The Information on this website or in any other forms of communication media (as defined in Clause 1 above) may be used, reused, copied, reproduced, reprinted, stored, distributed, redistributed or posted on the Internet in whole or part by any individual ("the Deriving Individual") free of charge subject always to the satisfaction of the following pre-conditions:
(a) the Information so used, reused, copied, reproduced, reprinted, stored, distributed, redistributed or posted on the Internet (as the case may be), whether in whole or in part, by the Deriving Individual is for his personal use or non-profit-making purposes. For the avoidance of doubts, no commercial use or purpose shall be made whatsoever with any part of the Information by the Deriving Individual or any individual using, viewing, listening to, obtaining or having access to the Information through BIBLEMESSAGE SOCIETY, whether from this website or from any other forms of communication media (as defined in Clause 1 above). Individuals should be aware that any illegal or unethical use of other people's copyrighted resources renders themselves liable for such deduction of their treasures (if any) in Heavens as Lord Jesus Christ may deem fit on His second coming; and
(b)there shall be no alteration, distortion, edition, addition or material omission whatsoever to the Information so used, reused, copied, reproduced, reprinted, stored, distributed, redistributed or posted on the Internet (as the case may be) by the Deriving Individual. BIBLEMESSAGE SOCIETY reserves all its rights and interests against any individual who acts in breach of this pre-condition, including but not limited to the institution of any legal proceedings in civil courts and the initiation of any criminal prosecutions against such individual.

3. It is always the duty of the Deriving Individual to ensure that any part of the Information used, reused, copied, reproduced, reprinted, stored, distributed, redistributed or posted on the Internet (as the case may be) by him through BIBLEMESSAGE SOCIETY, whether from this website or from any other forms of communication media (as defined in Clause 1 above) is so used, reused, copied, reproduced, reprinted, stored, distributed, redistributed or posted on the Internet (as the case may be) only for the purposes as permitted in Clause 2(a) above and that he does not commit any breach of any of the terms and pre-conditions as stated on this website in his such use, reuse, copying, reproduction, reprinting, storage, distribution, redistribution or posting on the Internet (as the case may be) of the Information. The Deriving Individual further agrees that the onus is always on him to prove that he has not committed any breach of any of the terms and pre-conditions as stated on this website in his such use, reuse, copying, reproduction, reprinting, storage, distribution, redistribution or posting on the Internet (as the case may be) of the Information.

Any use, reuse, copying, reproduction, reprinting, storage, distribution, redistribution or posting on the Internet of the Information by any individual through BIBLEMESSAGE SOCIETY or a Deriving Individual, whether from the Internet or from any other forms of communication media (as defined in Clause 1 above) shall constitute and shall always be deemed to be that individual's acceptance of all the terms and pre-conditions set out herein as in force from time to time governing the use of the Information.

Where the copied, reproduced, reprinted, distributed, redistributed or posted material, whether on the Internet or in any other forms of communication media (as defined in Clause 1 above) relates to any part of the Information which is written, authored, spoken or delivered by Mr. YAN-TAK WOO (胡恩德), the copied, reproduced, reprinted, distributed, redistributed or posted material shall clearly display the following notice:

"This material originated from Mr. Yan-Tak Woo. It has been copied, reproduced, reprinted, distributed, redistributed or posted on the Internet under the terms and pre-conditions of Mr. Yan-Tak Woo's fair use policy. Copyright 2001, Yan-Tak Woo."

7. Where the copied, reproduced, reprinted, distributed, redistributed or posted material, whether on the Internet or in any other forms of communication media (as defined in Clause 1 above) relates to any part of the Information which is written, authored, spoken or delivered by Mr. KWOK-HIN WONG (王國顯), the copied, reproduced, reprinted, distributed, redistributed or posted material shall clearly display the following notice:

Where the copied, reproduced, reprinted, distributed, redistributed or posted material, whether on the Internet or in any other forms of communication media (as defined in Clause 1 above) relates to any part of the Information which is written, authored, spoken or delivered by Mr. DAVID CHU-KWONG NG (吳主光), the copied, reproduced, reprinted, distributed, redistributed or posted material shall clearly display the following notice:

9. References herein to persons shall include references to incorporated and unincorporated associations and references to the singular shall include references to the plural and references to one gender shall include references to other genders.
